      very good recipe. I used Mrs. Dash's Fiesta Lime on the cod & cooked in a skillet. Next time I would skip making the tortilla bowls & just keep the tortilla as a soft taco. Try with shrimp.

      Made heavy modifications to the process in order to make sure veggies weren't overdone. I cooked the rice with broth, juice, dried tomatoes and spices. Did the veggies separately and then combined just before serving.
