      This was more inspired by than an exact follow of recipe - used different cheese and chillis and left off the garlic butter and adapted the ‘donkey sauce’. Overall though a nice turkey burger - my husband liked it more than me but wouldn’t mind making again.

      Not really that great but acceptable. I should have baked in a smaller dish than the lasagna pan I used because it dried out. The whole thing felt a little greasy and naughty - like Guy Fieri.

      This was nice but very rich. It made a lot of sauce though. If I make again will halve the sauce ingredients

  • Slow-roasted pork shoulder with green vegetable succotash and basmati rice pilaf

      This was really nice. I adapted the recipe for instant pot. Had half the volume of pork. Rubbed the spice mix over it. I sautéed carrot, onion, celery then placed pork on top and added chicken stock. Cooked on high pressure for 56 minutes. Removed from instant pot, shredded then grilled briefly to crisp slightly. Sautéed onion then cooked rice in chicken stock (ratio 1 to 1) and cooked for 6 minutes, then 10 minutes natural release. Finally stirred in coriander.
