      Perfect Thanksgiving dessert. Light and not too sweet. The contrast between the chocolate crust and the cranberry filling is awesome. Do not forget the pistachios! Keeper, don't touch a thing.

      The proportions in this recipe did not quite work. The 3.5 lbs of potatoes barely filled *half* the 3-quart baking dish the recipe called for.
