    Pepperonata -Pepper and Tomato Ratatouille p136. 4 stars. This was very good, colourful and tasty. Served with roast chicken and Cannellini Beans sauteed in garlic (p94). Recipe serves 4 so the following evening I added the remaining half to penne and topped with parmesan. Very tasty. I think you could use this as the basis for quite a few dishes.

    Cannellini Beans Sauteed in Garlic Oil p94. 3 stars. This was easy and quick, but nothing special. Served as an accompaniment to roast chicken along with Pepperonata (p136) also from this book.
