    Super Smoothie pg 206 This is really quite nice. I used frozen bananas so there was no need to add the ice. Smooth in consistency with my Vitamix and it tasted delicious. Very filling

    Pg 26 Fuss Free Tomato Pasta Easy recipe. Just doesn’t mention what to do with the sautéed courgettes after transfer to bowl and put aside, which has obviously been overlooked. As an experienced home cook it didn’t present any problems but for a new or non confident cook this may be an issue. Despite the above proofreading problem it is a tasty tomato based sauce. I normally just do my own take on a pasta sauce but decided to follow this recipe. Even nicer in my opinion with the addition of Kalamata olives.
