    Roasted aubergine with harissa and sesame. Garnish:coriander; sauce:tahini, lemon, sesame seeds; eggplants slathered with harissa paste ... yes this is as perfect as it sounds so I'd double the recipe.

    Mushrooms on toast with boiled eggs (pg 12) - I liked the use of soft-boiled eggs and tarragon. I wish I'd had a better sourdough but living in the boondocks ...
