Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Spring-y brothy beans

    • meggan on May 23, 2021

      Honestly kind of gross.

  • All A's spring salad with mahi-mahi

    • anya_sf on June 06, 2021

I roasted 3 smaller, skin-on mahi mahi fillets and prepared the full amount of vegetables to serve 2 for dinner. As written, the amount of vegetables would be rather skimpy. Both the fish and the asparagus took a few extra minutes to cook. Next time I might roast the asparagus to save on clean-up. This was quick, easy, and delicious.

  • Smashed cucumber salad

    • Dannausc on September 21, 2021

Quite easy. Different and good. Worth a repeat.

  • Lemony tortellini soup with spinach

    • hbakke on May 06, 2021

This was an alright version of avgolemono. I think I would prefer this with chicken and chicken broth rather than vegetable broth and tortellini, but it wasn't bad as is.
