Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Ginger and orange polenta cake

    • debkellie on March 30, 2023

Simple cake, gorgeously moist... maybe it's Mary's take on Claudia Roden's orange & almond cake... but much nicer!

  • Tear and share cheese and herb rolls

    • Longtallfran on May 16, 2023

I have only done bread in a machine before, but was pleased how these turned out taste wise. I used an out 1/4 thyme to 3/4 rosemary and could really taste the herbs, so use something you like. I also needed to space my dough balls slightly further apart. They were a bit squashed and ended up hexagonal, not round like the photos in the book.
