  • Gypsy goulash with spätzle

      I used beef stew meat in place of veal loin and leg of lamb in place of lamb shoulder. I used beef stock made by the butcher. The favor was so rich. It was easy to make and so delicious. I ate it with the Goulash Spätzle and Red Cabbage with Apples recipes from this same cookbook.
