      Pretty tasty! I was out of red peppers, but I did have Serranos. Used a couple and made mine extra spicy. Cooked the onion down first before adding the rest of the veggies (recipe suggests them all at once). Topped with avocado and cilantro. Looking forward to leftovers!

      Tasty and simple to make. Recipe suggests 1/2 a de-seeded jalapeno. I used a whole jalapeno with seeds because I am spicy like that. Served with greens & quinoa.

      Just ok. Definitely not my favorite banana bread I’ve ever made. I used 1/2 whole wheat 1/2 oat flour. I prefer the banana muffin recipe in their woman warrior cookbook.
