This may be the best tasting thing I've ever made. It took probably about 4 hours of work but came out looking and tasting wonderfully. I used a tart pan with a slightly smaller radius but taller rim than normal so some of the bakes took longer than listed in the book but other than that everything worked great in the recipe.

Publishers Text

Tarts Anon does one thing well – tarts – and this book reveals the secret to making the perfect tart, featuring 50 different recipes from the classic to the experimental. The beautifully designed and photographed hardback contains all the knowledge and inspiration you need to become a tart master, from pastry pitfalls to the ultimate trimmings. Formerly a pastry chef at Heston Blumenthal's Dinner By Heston, author Gareth Whitton started Tarts Anon as an online side hustle which soon spawned a successful bakery in Melbourne's Cremorne. The humble yet magnificent nature of the tart makes it the perfect dessert or savory meal to bake and eat on a special occasion, or for no reason at all. Tarts Anon is your guide to baking a stunning tart, every time.
