      Not sure where I went wrong...twice, but this turned into some weird alien goo after adding the lemon juice. Tasted good but the texture and look of this was so unappealing.

      We both liked these flavorful falafel. They were less dry and crumbly than the standard falafel. I served this with an arugula salad.
