Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Spicy crab cakes

    • angrygreycat on January 02, 2019

Simple and tasty crab cakes. Makes 8 appetizer size (not burger size) crab cakes. I made them as part of a buffet for New Year's Eve.

  • Chicken korma

    • osulliae1 on July 02, 2022

Easy to make and so delicious

  • Spanish-style chicken paprika

    • samfrances on September 20, 2023

Very tasty, but the taste of the olive and paprika combines into something that I found a little bit too intense.

  • Cannelloni with double cheese sauce

    • osulliae1 on July 02, 2022

This was delicious and could be easily made as a lasagne. In fact, this is going to be my go-to lasagne recipe from now on.

  • Aubergine and goat's cheese crumble

    • Yorkshirepud on May 20, 2024

Added a bottom layer of cooked penne pasta to the dish. Otherwise, it would need something else with it (unless you’re on a diet). I used feta instead of goats cheese and cheddar instead of Parmesan. Had no basil so used dried oregano, parsley and small amount of sage. Grilling the veg in batches first was a bit fiddly so it took a while to prepare but was very nice. Would make again, ideally prepared ahead.
