    Scrambled eggs with chicken livers (p 97). I have recently bemoaned the lack of chicken livers in the standard supermarket in my area of the county. This recipe is one that came to mind as one I rarely cooked anymore because I have to go out of my way to find the livers. It deserves to be a breakfast staple.
