Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Pork chops with peaches

    • JoD on November 17, 2019

Beautiful sweet/sour flavour - I had to use tinned mango slices instead of peaches as when I went to find the peaches, it appears someone had eaten them all without noting we needed more on the shopping list. Anyway, it was very good with mango.

  • Creamy rice puddings

    • JoD on November 17, 2019

Great simple recipe with three different recipe options. This will be a go-to rice pudding recipe as it uses raw short grain or sushi rice (no cooking of rice required prior to making the recipe). Cooks on LOW for 4 hours. I turned it off after 4 hours and left it to cool in the crock pot.
