      This was a perfectly fine steak recipe, the chimichurri was nice and not overpowering.

  • Tomato and watermelon salad

      Tomatoes and watermelon are delicious together in a salad, and this is a particularly nice dairy-free version. I used basil as my herb- and doubled the quantity. (Chives would be good in this, but even as a tarragon fan I don't think it would be great here.)

      Lovely dish. I cooked it longer than the recipe indicated - about 25-30min to get nice soft peppers. Lots of garlic is a nice twist.
