      Have been making theses for years now- with a bit of frozen puff pastry, can of baked beans and a few other bits- easy to do and great for kids. I have to double up the recipe as one pasty isn't enough for teenagers ! Sometimes I use a can of Chilli baked beans/ kidney beans as a change.

      This can be made with beef/beef stock instead of lamb (which strictly speaking makes it a Cottage pie). It also works well with any of the following additional ingredients: with onions - red pepper, yellow pepper, leek, with soy sauce - red wine, with tomatoes - mushrooms.

      This is very tasty but I for me it it's not really in the "Meals in minutes" category - it took me 45 mins of solid prep and cooking. I would make it again but not on a week night ;0)

      Used to make this ages ago from the cook book. As no instructions...just winged it. Very nice but would have been happier with actual directions
