  Good, but, I felt it was a little lacking in final flavor. Seemed like it needed just one more element to really make it come together—perhaps some bright fresh herb like mint or parsley to finish, or some honey in the dressing for a little sweet to balance the sour. (Next time I would also make more dressing as well.)

  Solid, easy preparation for tuna steaks. The marinade really keeps the fish moist and flavorful for broiling or grilling.

  Excellent! So glad I decided to try this tonight. I made it with orange roughy fillets and canned diced tomatoes. I didn't even have the preserved lemon (recipe calls for only 1/4 of one) so I just added a little extra lemon and salt. Flavor was still complex yet not too spicy. Great with some olive bread to mop up the sauce. Will make again for sure, good for a relatively simple weeknight dinner (20 minutes marinating, 30 minutes baking.)

  Didn't have preserved lemon so followed substitution instructions, still excellent and easy. Will make again.

  Delicious! A great Autumn stew to make. My partner enjoyed this quite a bit as well, and didn't even comment on it being vegetarian—which for him is high praise indeed. Will make again.
