      This recipe has been a part of our family for over 30 years. There have been some alterations along the way however this is the book I turn to every time I cook spanakopita and the core recipe when I share my variation with others. 20 years ago we stayed in a small village on the Greek island of Kythera and this was the book I had with me and cooked from.
