Vietnamese food is becoming as mainstream as Thai. Fresh salads garnished with peanuts, simple fish and meat dishes, fresh spring rolls; it's the sort of food we love to eat today -- naturally low in fat, fresh and healthy. There are a few ingredients that still have to be bought at specialty Asian food stores, but most of these keep for ages; the main ingredients in Vietnamese food can be bought at the supermarket.
