Roasting is a flavour-full and simple method of cooking: put it in the oven and leave it alone for an hour or so! Nothing quite beats a roast dinner - for a full Sunday lunch or a week-night special. There is also less individual preparation as so many vegetables can be roasted in their skins for extra goodness and taste. Root vegetables caramelise to perfection and taste great the next day as well.
