Minced meat of all types have always been popular, but most people have a limited repertoirs of recipes. This book with its 100 recipes shows how delicious and inventive you can be with one of the cheapest cuts of meat. The chicken and turkey mince recipes are for pies, curries, tacos, stir-fries and pasta. The beef mince chapter includes some of the classics - bolognese sauce, meatloaf, meatballs, cannelloni, meat pie, as well as some inspired recipes for pizza, dumplings, stir-fries and bakes. Pork and veal mince is - either separately or together - many people 's favourites because of its wonderful rich flavour. Lamb mince is heavily influenced by the food of Greece and Middle East. In every chapter there's a special feature on sausages - chicken , beef pork and lamb along with a page of burger and wrap recipes.
