  • Red capsicum dip

      This is one of my most-requested recipes. I often make a half batch, which is still a generous bowlful for a group, but is guaranteed to be demolished. To save time and effort I generally now use jarred roasted peppers. For a gluten free version I've found that oats work well as a substitute for the breadcrumbs. (Which is handy, as I'm more likely to have oats than breadcrumbs.)
