    You don't need to be in Weight Watchers to enjoy this book. It has a lot of surprisingly tasty recipes, ranging from comfort food to international favorites, all slimmed down and with a nutritional breakdown.

      A bit boring and cooking times were off. Not a great side.

  • Stir-fried pork with bok choy and ginger

      This was tasty, but I would say that brown rice (or couscous or other grain) is a requirement not a suggestion. By the time the pork & bok choy cooked down, dividing this into 4 portions made for quite a small portion of food with a lot of sauce. When combined with some rice though, this was a very tasty dinner.

  • Skillet chicken paprika

      I liked this, but my boyfriend was less impressed. It did not remind him of the chicken paprika that he has eaten growing up, mainly because of the tomatoes. My biggest complaint was that one serving was not quite enough. While I acknowledge that I was very hungry that day, I needed two servings of the chicken to really make this a full meal for me.

      Delicious! Enjoyed by all at our "Oktoberween" fest. I used a whole small green pepper instead of a 1/2 green pepper, but that only added to the taste.

  • Avgolemono chicken soup

      Avgolemono is easily one of my favorite soups and this is a great recipe for it. Definitely worth making when you need a nice warm bowl of soup.
