    This has been my "go to" book for microwave cookery. It's replete with delicious recipes for all kind of wonderful dishes. The microwave risotto recipe is worth the price of the book -- it cooks perfectly with no fuss or pouring or stirring in 20 minutes! Now I can have risotto ai funghi as often as I want! I often make the goulash recipe, especially the version with sauerkraut (Szekely goulash). There's much more, ranging from American comfort foods to favorite international dishes.
