      Delicious. Like most Asian recipes, the prep work takes longer than the actual cooking. I followed the recipe exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing.

      Used a 5+lb chicken, roasted for 1 hr 45 min at 425. Lovely taste. Did not marinate more than about 10 minutes. Added a little butter to the sauce to finish. Excellent taste, very moist. This is not a beautiful bird, colors are funny, and with this much liquid it didn't really brown up as much as I would have liked, but the taste was well worth it, once served with the skin removed. Served with steamed asparagus.

      I like to double the topping on this. Husband did not like the creme fraiche in this but I do.
