    The more I cook from this book, the more I love it. Everything I've prepared so far has turned out great, and my partner loves the recipes (as much as he didn't think he was a fan of Indian food.) Lots of great flavorful recipes for chicken, and not everything is spicy. It took me a while to track down some of the spices I needed for some dishes but most can easily be ordered online if you can't find them locally.

    The recipes we've tried have been delicious, but the instructions are often incomplete and figuring out US substitutions for UK-named ingredients can require an internet search.
