      Delicious!!! I was looking for a quick cake to help use up the 5kgs of apricots I got today and this recipe definitely fits the bill. Will go into regular apricot rotation!

      Needed something quick and easy to use up my cherry bounty. This one definitely fits the bill. No chilling or rolling out the dough, this one comes with a simple press-in dough AND is absolutely delicious. Have made three times already.
