      I was looking for cocktails that included ginger beer so I could use my first batch of homemade (yeast fermented) ginger beer. It's a acquired taste... It grew on me as I was sipping on it, but I've never been a huge fan of Fernet. Picture here: http://egullet.org/p1875957

      The flavor of loquats is like mild apricot, and the limoncello and lime juice accompanied it nicely. And, the pretty orange of the fruit gave the cocktail great color.
