  • Cooked chicken

      5 minutes is really all you need. I did not trim the chicken before I put it in the IP. I used chicken thighs and they were falling apart as I tried to get them out of the IP. They were easy to shred and it was very easy to remove the fat. However...bland, bland, bland. You need to salt / season the chicken before it goes into the IP. 1/2 - 1 tsp salt per pound of chicken.

  • Buffalo chicken sandwiches

      Used Steve & Ed’d garlic buffalo wing sauce instead of butter and hot sauce. Amazing! Also, remove chicken from pot and shred separately, preferably in KitchenAid mixer. Then return to pot and stir in with all the leftover juices. Add some more buffalo sauce, but beware adding too much because the chicken will absorb it and it could become mushy. Delicious!!!!

      Made this for the boys. The sausage made it too spicy for the little guys. It is definitely not a weekday meal - took lots of prep time.
