    Wholefood Cookery with beans, peas and lentils is title I have. No ISBN I CAN SEE. The definitive guide- I am experienced in cooking beans etc after spending ten years as a veggie and this book is the absolute expert regarding whether or not to pre soak, pre cook etc and I always do what she says! My edition is 1980, I think Australian publisher.
