This is a great cookbook with fairly simple recipes that will work for both parents and a baby. It's been a great resource as I've been trying to find meals that I can make that my 1-yr-old can and will eat, as well as tasting good for adults. It's a good alternative to all of the baby cookbooks where you're making dishes just for your baby. But it's probably not for novice cooks - there are recipes that call for just "sausage" or "cheese" with no further specifications, so you have to have some sense of what flavors will work in the recipes.
