      I subbed cashews as I had no peanuts on hand.. wanted an easy day and this was just perfect. Slow-cooker overnight, refrigerated and then reheated in the oven .. a mild curry, with a lovely flavour. I used home made massaman curry paste from the freezer.. so good to have frozen pastes on hand!
