I used clotted cream, instead of double cream, for the goat cheese and onion tart on page 41. Delicious!

Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Sweet figs on toast

    • Hannaha100 on January 26, 2017

Made a version of this this morning with cream cheese for ricotta and cider vinegar for sherry vinegar. This has the potential to be something really great and it's maybe a bit unfair to judge when I didn't follow the instructions closely. I will say it's a very visually appealing dish with the sliced figs. One to play around with.
