Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Fish shahjahani

    • JLDuck on October 17, 2022

Gloriously delicious and gloriously easy. I pre-prepared everything up to where the fish went in which helped timewise. I used butterfish. Previously cooked October 2022. This time I used Lin fish. Still glorious.

  • Cabbage and mint salad

    • JLDuck on December 31, 2022

A refreshing and simple salad to make. In think it would easily go with any salad based meal.

  • Pilau rice

    • bren607 on July 26, 2023

Delicious. Loved the sultanas and flaked almonds on top, also the taste of cinamon and cloves really came through. Maybe could experiment by adding saffron or bay leaves. Makes enought for 4-6 which is quite alot. Perhaps will half the ingredients next time.
