Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe is obviously whatever you make it, but I appreciate it as a jumping-off point for when I was figuring out what to do with some fresh broccoli. I used a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette and subbed grape tomatoes for the red pepper.
