Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Added more rhubarb and 1 tsp baking powder. Full recipes makes 12 muffins, baked for 35 min. Very good.

    Made a half recipe in a 6” pan. Baked 45 min at 350 convection. I used half sifted red fife flour and half all purpose, and added some baking powder. I also increased the amount of rhubarb, and reduced sugar as per comments on the site. Lovely taste; watch the almond extract…less is more in this case. Very easy to make. Edited to add: I made a full recipe to take to a barbecue, baked in a 7” pan…next time would go 8” or make 2 smaller cakes. Very moist, friends all loved it. This definitely needs the baking powder.
