Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I loved everything about this recipe- really tasty, healthy meal. I did toast the quinoa as suggested, which adds a bit of time, but not sure if it makes any difference. Didn't have broccoli so used beans, but combination of any green veges would be good. Also added a bit of olive oil to the dressing, probably didn't need it. This is going on the mid-week dinner list.
