Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Made the sweet pepper version as I didn't have fresh chillies on hand, which was a definite mistake, as the slaw tasted quite bland. Ended up putting chipotle chilli paste in the dressing which seemed to help. All in all it tastes okay, but I don't think it's very authentic (too much sour cream?!), so will probably try out another recipe next time.
