Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The fam thought this lighter version of Chicken Kiev was just ok. It was a bit messy to put together, and by the time the chicken was done the garlic in the middle was still raw and we ( I ) don't do raw garlic. Better than breaded and fried chicken kiev but not a make-again for us.
