    I was looking for ways to used smoked trout (which is not part of my food heritage) and found this recipe. It was really easy to make and tasty to boot - perfect for a weeknight meal! I used a turnip instead of rutabaga as it was all I could find, and used an entire celery root (2 cups). To make up for it I added about a cup more of broth.
