    Delicious and so easy. The ingredients are nothing special but finished product is great. I reduced the sauce ingredients to 1/4c each for just 2 chops and it was still more than enough. We had an herb/farro salad on the side instead of serving it over the baby greens but will definitely make again and try it that way.
