    Pg 365. Took some liberties and cooked in a preheated 400F air fryer 5 min using 0.5lb dough and 8 inch round pan to 200F internal. Rising times were 1.5hr initial and 3hr 2nd rise. Unfortunately with these short rise times, the flavor was not as well developed as I like for this type of bread. My husband said it was like "a nice soft pizza crust", which is essentially this recipe's base from pg 355.
