Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I'm giving these a 1/2 star for the preparation, because this may be the most expensive recipe I've ever made. You are instructed to grate 7oz of *frozen* almond paste into the scone mixture. Frozen almond paste is way too hard to grate easily by hand, so I resorted to the food processor, and had to use so much pressure that the shaft on my Cuisinart (so not cheap) processor broke after I'd barely begun. I did manage to grate most of it by hand, but only after it warmed up a bit which defeated the purpose of grating because it just clumped up.
