    Halved the recipe and subbed semolina for cornmeal and loved the texture. It’s a really nice crunch. Will definitely incorporate either semolina or cornmeal to pancakes in the future. Used mostly black raspberries as strawberries are winding down in the garden. Will make again.

    Used a medium grind cornmeal. Would def try again with a finer grind as I found them too grainy with the medium grind
