    Adapted this for stove top searing vs grilling. I was concerned about the nuts getting burned, but they browned nicely. The pistachio pesto was fabulous. The dry brine was a mistake - made the shrimp almost inedible due to the salt. I think this would have been a 5 star recipe but for the brining.
