Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These are so good, the pesto really adds to it. I did add cheese as suggested for au gratin potatoes. I think next time I would slice the potatoes slightly thicker as they started to fall apart on me when I was sautéing them. I made this ahead of time and assembled it, baked it the next day.
