    This is a recipe I would never have found until I started indexing. The author said her children loved them, so it was worth trying. You make a dough from a finely chopped onion and equal quantities of beef mince and wholemeal flour, roll out thinly into circles, and shallow fry. My kids loved them from the second mouthful.
