    Fabulous dessert! I made it for a birthday dessert, and everyone loved it. A fair number of steps, and waiting between those steps, but the final result was delicious and not too sweet. All the flavors blended beautifully, and the banana flavor was not too prominent. I wasn't sure if I got the whipped cream/mascarpone topping right, but it tasted good. (How exactly is mascarpone supposed to behave when whipped? Like regular cream, or not? The recipe didn't give guidance on this.)
