    My favorite lasagna ever, and over the years I have been making this I've adapted it to our tastes by substituting ground turkey, and making the besciamella with only whole milk (lactose free) instead of heavy cream. It takes a little longer to get the sauce the right consistency but, with just the light dusting of parm on top, is relatively low dairy.
